What Models Eat | What Models Really Eat

Jonah TaylorSo many people wonder, “How do models stay so thin and always look so fit?” What they are really asking is, what do models eat and how do they workout?  That is because aside from the few metabolic freaks that can eat whatever they desire on the planet and still have stone abs, most individuals of the world will acquire healthy physiques and great looking bodies by eating right and working out.

That said, what do models eat?  Well, there are a few different solutions to this question.

  • There are the few who simply Don’t Eat.  This of course is the worst method and most unhealthy because not eating slows down and can actually stop essential bodily functions such as hormone and energy production; leaving the body to deteriorate.
  • Others eat crap and get away with it.  This is because many models are young and still have hyper metabolisms.  Many will get chubby at some point.
  • Then there are those who workout hard and eat smart!  These are honestly the most successful models.  It takes a certain amount of discipline and determination to maintain a healthy body through proper eating/workout habits.  These two qualities of  discipline and determination are essentials for models who are looking to break into the modeling industry.

So What Do Models Eat???

Models may eat a number of healthy combinations depending on what their goals are and what suits them.  However, here is meal plan of one female model whom I worked closely with…

_____________________________________Breakfast 830am
Option 1 – (Ample time in the morning)
Half cup of Eggs Beaters or 2 whole eggs and 1 egg white.
½ cup Veggies (peppers, onions, and or spinach)
1 glass of water

Option 2 – (Moderate time in the morning)
Half cup of Egg beaters or 2 whole eggs and 1 egg white.
1 oatmeal packet
1 glass of water.

Option 3 – (Less time in the morning)
½ cup of vanilla yogurt
¼ cup of granola OR ¼ cup of fruit
1 glass of water
_____________________________________Lunch 1130am
Option 1
6 oz. of ground chicken/beef WITH ½ cup of brown rice.
2 tbsp of peanut butter or ¼ cup or handful of almonds
1 glass of water

Option 2
Half cup of Egg beaters or 2 whole eggs and 1 egg white.
¼ cup or handful of almonds OR 2 tbsp. of peanut butter
1 oatmeal packet
1 glass of water

Option 3
6oz Grilled chicken breast WITH ½ cup of brown rice
¼ cup or handful of almonds or 2 tbsp. of peanut butter
_____________________________________Mid-day Snack 230pm
Option 1
Snack bar
1 glass of water

Option 2
6oz. of Yogurt
1 glass of water

Option 3
1 pc. Of fruit (banana, strawberries, orange, grapes, apple, etc.)
1 glass of water
_____________________________________Dinner 630pm
Option 1
6oz ground chicken or beef
1 Whole wheat Taco Shell
Mixed Veggies
1 glass of water

Option 2
6 oz. Grilled chicken breast or patties
½ cup Brown Rice (Optional)
Mixed veggies
1 glass of water

Option 3
6 oz. Steak
Mixed veggies

This of course is only one meal plan and is actually a meal plan catered to one female model who happens to extremely fit and healthy.  You can take what you wish from this meal plan or implement the whole thing.  In the end, this is just another example of what models eat and how they stay toned.

Eat right, workout hard, and pray often.  This is my formula for staying in great shape year around.  God bless!!
